An Electrical Engineer by trade, A.J. recognized that designing a product and commercializing it are two very different things. He has worked on both the technical design and the strategic business arena and understands that having the right people, processes, and tools are critical to a business' success. The name WDIB (We Do It Better) means that doing things right the first time is always the best way to work and the way to do better than our competition.

WDIB was started because A.J. saw that the way companies he'd worked at were very ineffective and inefficient in almost every area of the business. He knew that he could do things better, hence WDIB LLC. (We Do It Better) was born.

Below are a few of the achievements WDIB has had to date:

• Professional Project Management: An East-coast client needed assistance getting out from under a warning letter. This involved running major remediation projects and providing guidance on future state improvement opportunities.

• New Product Development: WDIB created a demonstration/training product intended to teach patients how to use a commercial medical device; specifically an on-body infusion device. This involved hiring contract engineers (mechanical, electrical, and quality) to design the electromechanical device, test it, and bring it to full production with our CMO partner in Taiwan. In many ways the device is superior to the commercial version of the product.

• PMO Establishment: An autoinjector client in North Carolina wanted to establish project management processes and best practices, but wasn't quite sure how to go about it. WDIB partnered with them to create a strategically focused organizational structure, a portfolio pipeline evaluation process with metrics and scoring by portfolio, PM Training (WDIB proprietary course), and tool alignment through MS Project Online configuration and training.
